Fluoromart and its affiliated companies have entered into the following agreement with you (the user or purchaser). By registering or placing an order, you indicate your agreement to the following terms. Please read carefully.

1. Transactions&Pricing
Our products are exclusively available for corporate purchases, and delivery addresses must be associated with a business entity. 
All prices are quoted in US dollars and are FOB prices, subject to change without prior notice. The prices listed on the order form are valid for 30 days and are subject to adjustment thereafter based on the prices listed on the website.

2. Taxes and Duties
All prices do not include any sales tax, use tax, consumption tax, or any other similar taxes, duties, and charges imposed by any governmental authority on the buyer. The buyer shall be responsible for all such taxes, duties, charges, consumption taxes, customs fees, inspection fees, and other governmental charges.

3. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are full prepayment. The buyer is responsible for all bank charges for overseas transactions.

4. 1Shipping fee 
The international express freight for Hazardous Materials follows the rules: The basic fee is $275 (including up to 500 grams of weight), with an additional $30 charged for each additional 500 grams. Weight refers to the total weight of goods, packaging, accessories, and instructions. Weights less than 500 grams are calculated as 500 grams. The fees will be adjusted based on the order.

4.2 Returns
All returns must be authorized by the seller and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All approved return items must be in unused and resalable condition. The buyer must include a copy of the seller's invoice, the seller's return authorization number, and the reason for return with each return.
For defective products, the seller agrees to provide free returns or replacements.
The seller cannot accept any opened chemicals or "special order" items provided by the seller as returns.
Seller reserves the right to inspect the Products at Buyer's site or to request disposal rather than return; All returns must comply with seller's instructions and may be subject to a restocking fee; Certain products (such as customized products or special orders) may not be returned for reasons not caused by the seller; Title to returned Products shall pass to Seller upon receipt at a facility designated by Seller; Return shipping costs for nonconforming products are borne by the seller.

 5. Warranty

The buyer must inspect upon receipt of the goods, and in case of any shortages, damages, or quality issues, must notify the seller within 5 days. Failure to do so will be deemed as the buyer's unconditional acceptance of the products under the terms of this agreement.
The buyer is responsible for testing materials to confirm their compliance with compound specifications, and once materials are used, no warranty or refund will be provided.
The seller warrants the quality of the products at the time of shipment. This warranty is the sole warranty, and the seller makes no other express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The seller disclaims all other warranties arising from course of dealing, performance, industry practice, or otherwise.
The seller's sole and exclusive liability is to replace the product free of charge or refund the purchase price upon receipt of such product and return of the product in accordance with the seller's instructions. In no event shall the seller be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
The seller makes no warranty or representation regarding whether the products infringe any patents, trademarks, registered designs, or other industrial rights.

6. Conditions of Use
All products are for use in research laboratories only and are not intended for use in humans or animals and should be handled by qualified, trained personnel familiar with laboratory procedures and potential chemical hazards. The buyer assumes sole responsibility for the use of all such compounds and any misuse thereof, and is responsible for the safe disposal of all such compounds.

7. Applicable Law; Dispute Resolution
This agreement and any disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this agreement. The seller's failure to enforce any strict provision of these terms shall not be construed as a waiver of the seller's rights under any such terms or conditions or any other terms or conditions or the seller's rights. Any dispute or claim arising out of this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration. Except for matters relating to the interpretation and enforcement of these arbitration procedures (which shall be governed by the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China), the arbitrator shall resolve disputes in accordance with the applicable law as provided in this agreement. Arbitration shall be conducted in Zhejiang Province, China, and conducted in Chinese.

8. Promotions
In general, regarding promotions we introduce, please note that such offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other sales, promotions, VIP discount codes, coupons, etc. FLUOROMART reserves the right of final interpretation.

9. Term Modification
By using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time and will notify you of any changes through appropriate notice on the website. It is your responsibility to review such changes. Changes will apply to your use of the website after we post such notice. If you do not wish to accept the new terms, you should not continue to use this website.

15. Orders
All orders are subject to confirmation and depend on the availability of goods. If the ordered goods are unavailable, we will notify you by email (or other means if no email address is provided). You may choose to wait for the goods to be in stock or cancel the order.
Any order placed by you shall be deemed as an offer by you to purchase goods or services from us,

and we reserve the right to reject such offers. You acknowledge that any automatic order confirmation received by us does not constitute our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods or services from this website. The contract between us shall be deemed to be established at the following times: (a) when we dispatch the products to you; and (b) when we receive payment related thereto. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure the security of your orders and payment details, but we shall not be liable for any loss you may suffer if any data provided by you is accessed by third parties without authorization. 
The risk of the products shall pass to you upon delivery to the delivery address specified by you when placing the order. We shall not be liable for any loss if you provide an incorrect delivery address or fail to retrieve the products from the delivery address specified by you. While the risk of loss or damage to the products shall pass to you only upon delivery of the products to the delivery address specified by you, ownership of the products shall pass to you at the following times: (a) when we dispatch the products to you; and (b) when we receive payment related thereto.

In no event shall the seller be liable to the buyer or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use, misuse, or failure of the products, even if the seller or others have been advised of the possibility of such damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of work, continued work loss, loss of income or profits, buyer's liability to third parties, or any other damages or losses arising from such products, including personal injury or property damage, unless personal injury or property damage is caused by the seller's gross negligence. In no event shall the seller's liability exceed the amount paid by the buyer for the product that gave rise to liability.

21. Warranty and Returns
We warrant that the products conform to specified quality standards at the time of sale. The buyer must inspect the goods received immediately and notify us of any shortages or damages within seven (7) days. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

23. Promotion Codes
Promotion codes do not apply to orders already placed. Promotion codes offering percentage discounts may be combined with free shipping promotion codes but may not be combined with other percentage discount promotion codes. Promotion codes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Promotion codes typically apply to online orders only. Certain products may be excluded from promotion codes.
