What are the usual packaging?

We typically use fluorinated bottles or glass bottles as product packaging, often accompanied by aluminum foil bags on the outside.

What is Easy Relabeling?

We will pre-packaging a layer of transparent plastic film on the exterior of the bottle, onto which our label will be affixed. If customers wish to change labels, they can simply remove the film, thereby removing our label as well, and then apply their own label directly onto the bottle. This ensures that the appearance of the bottle remains uncontaminated by our label. Such a service facilitates traders in changing their labels as needed.

What is Split packaging options ?

Customers can opt to divide purchased products into several smaller packages free of charge. For instance, 1kg can be divided into 4 packages of 250g each. 

Please note that this service applies per item for multiple purchases. For example, if you buy 1kg of a certain product, 4 items in total, amounting to 4kg, and choose to divide each item into 4 packages, upon receiving the goods, you will receive 16 small packages, each weighing 250g.

What are the shipping fee rules?

The international express freight for Hazardous Materials follows the rules:   

The basic fee is $275 (including 500 grams of weight), with an additional $30 charged for each additional 500 grams. Weight refers to the total weight of goods, packaging, accessories, and instructions. Weights less than 500 grams are calculated as 500 grams. The fees will be adjusted based on the order.  

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we provide international shipping, most countries and regions will support it, if it is not reached, we will tell the customer by email.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

It takes about 12 days to arrive in major market countries such as most of Europe, North America and Japan.

Why can't it arrive within a week like other goods?
Because most of our goods are hazardous materials, transportation requires specific channels. At the same time, our products need to follow quality control manuals and need to be tested before shipment.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We use shipping methods that comply with international express rules, usually FedEx,DHL.

What Are Price & Payment Methods ?

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars FOB price, and do not include any sales, use, excise, or any other similar taxes, duties, and charges imposed on Buyer by any government agency.


The payment method is full advance payment, and the buyer is responsible for all bank fees for overseas transactions.

How to upload the payment voucher?

After the payment is completed, you can enter the order details page through the user backend, and then upload the payment voucher at the bottom of the page.

How to obtain/download an invoice?

Once your order is confirmed, go to the detailed page of the order in your user account. At the bottom, there is an option to download/print the invoice. You can download or print the invoice from there.

How do I place an Order?

Our products are exclusively available for corporate purchases, and delivery addresses must be associated with a business entity.

The order process is
Registered user->Select product->Select specifications and attributes->Fill in purchaser information->Place order->Receive confirmation email from seller->Pay according to confirmation email->Upload payment voucher->Goods transportation->Receive

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

To cancel an order: Just login and go to Main Menu->User Guide-> My account-> Orders -> Find the order that needs to be canceled -> At the bottom of the order -> Click Cancel, provided that the seller has not confirmed the order.

To change an order:You can first cancel the order and then place a new order.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can get Order tracking information by filling in the order number and email address.

How Can I Return a Product?

Return rules: You can return the product if it is not opened and does not affect secondary sales. At the same time, the buyer will be responsible for all costs involved in returning the goods. And may bear an additional fee of 20%.

If the goods have quality problems recognized by both parties, the seller can re-ship the goods or require the buyer to return the goods. If return shipping is required, the seller will bear it.

Some customized products are not allowed to be returned unless it is due to the seller. View detailed terms
